Moving our Life Forward
with Fierceness & Intent
This workshop will be held in English with Spanish translations.
We are living in times of opposition and change. As much chaos and confusion this might evoke, it is also a time of great opportunity; we can re-imagine the world we want to live in and find our way to contribute to its co-creation.
These times call for the authenticity and fierceness in us and this workshop is an invitation to give them more room in our lives.
During this highly experiential workshop:

We will connect to the life force that flows through us. And we will create a safe space for its expression and explore the way we block it and why.

We will practice tolerating the vulnerability of being open and available to the world and to others. We will also explore what it takes to be in a meaningful relationship with the world, in a way in which we can contribute while at the same time be nourished, supported and challenged for more growth.

We will experience our desire and healthy aggression as driving forces for creation and exchange, and we will explore the affects of joy and shame that may surface.
And we will bring special focus to the PSEN Core Values of: Embodiment, Basic Goodness & Relatedness.
Embodiment: Becoming aware of the sensate experience in our bodies, and learning to make use of our bodies’ innate wisdom. Feeling fundamentally grounded and connected to life and other.
Basic Goodness: Acknowledging that all of life, including us, is basically whole and good. We are then more able to actively engage in felt exchanges with the world and others. Regardless of our shortcomings, difficulties and sufferings.
Relatedness: In order to heal, change or grow we must learn to be in relationship with others and with the world around us.
As practitioners we will learn:

How to contain a process with our body and mind.

How to remain present and open to the unknown with the client, in a way that allows the emergence of a new shared experience.

The difference between depth and intensity and how to facilitate depth.
What is PsychoEnergetics?
PSEN is a multidisciplinary, body-mind approach to depth process facilitation. Our methods support a deepening and awakening process through the ’embodied and mindful presence’ of the practitioner; which leads to significant, meaningful and sustainable transformation work.

About PSEN Embodied Depth Work

PSEN depth work is designed to engage practitioners in the depths of their psychic orientations through lived experiences in the body.

We deepen through embodiment – through experiential exercises, mindfulness meditations, ‘presencing’ practices, and depth facilitation sessions.

We provide ways to work directly with the body self of another, and explore ways to intervene on the constraining nature of our limiting beliefs in the psyche.
-
Most importantly, practitioners are provided with opportunities to develop a sense of their own ’embodied mindfulness’ as a healing presence.

Verónica Lassus
This workshop will be facilitated by Verónica Lassus, Faculty member of the PsychoEnergetics Training Group in Spain.
Veronica is a trained Process Facilitator for individuals and groups and a Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist. She has a private practice as a body-oriented therapist in Barcelona. She also holds a MSc in Economics and has worked several years for multinational corporations. She is an Adjunct Professor at Universitat Pompeu Fabra (UPF) in Barcelona, where she teaches Business with a conscious an ethical approach. She also facilitates corporate workshops and offers conferences.
Alejandra Conesa Keiser
The workshop facilitation will be assisted by Alejandra Conesa Keiser, a PsychoEnergetics Training graduate.
Alejandra is an Acredited Executive Coach from Escuela Europea de Coaching, Barcelona. She is the Head of EMEA Reference team in SAP and has extensive working experience in the corporate world.
