Created and led by Irene Tobler, our guided mindfulness meditations help foster the ability to look inward, and pay better attention to our own inner depths. Regular mindfulness has been shown to enhance brain function as well as enhance self-awareness and self-acceptance.
In addition, you will find an audio recording of a powerful embodiment exercise done with pranayama breathing, that you can be guided through, by Michael Mervosh.
Some of our offerings, taken from the US Training Group, are in English only. Other offerings from our European Training Group are offered in English, with Spanish translation.
