“Contact and Presence”

One of the points of emphasis in our PsychoEnergetics work involves the capacity to experience ‘contact‘ – an ‘energetic exchange’ between ourselves and our environment – with nature, with animals, and  with our fellow human beings.

Through this type of contact with the environment, we exchange our own life force energy with the universal life flow that is surrounding us. The ability to make contact and exchange energy with other living beings is vital to a meaningful and worthwhile existence for human beings.

The quality of our vitality and our internal aliveness therefore also depends on cultivating a capacity for having a felt ‘presence‘ – a focused and enlivening attention that is anchored in the present moment.

“Becoming an embodied and mindful presence.”
